Owner Road Clearing Policy
The HLA Board of Directors has created the Guidelines For Member Plowing of HLA roads. All owners/members who are clearing roads using their own equipment and time should review and adhere to this document. The goal is to ensure the required access to year round cabins is obtained as well as maintaining the ability to use snow machines during the winter season.
